Robert has over 15 years of experience in development research and business management . He has been involved in the design and formulation of ground breaking BDS programmes in the country since 1997. He is a seasoned project manager, trainer in marketing, model developer, and a strategic planning expert.

In the past five years he has also developed expertise in policy evaluation and analysis, e- commerce and ICT for development. He is now a member of the National ICT for Development Expertise group. Robert is a resource person in product and service design, system planning, project cycle formulation and activity evaluation.

He has undertaken consultancy assignments and held training and presentations in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

He is the Managing Director of FIT and works as a Business Consultant. He specializes in research and development of concepts and models for business service development, project implementation and monitoring, and business plan development. He is also a director of Infopoint Uganda.

Enoth Donald Mbeine has 15 years practical experience in designing and implementing BDS programs especially in the area of business research, training, Agricultural Market Information, implementing agribusiness and SME development activities, all aimed at improving commercial industry competitiveness.

Enothís major expertise is in Grass Roots Management Training, Job Quality, Designing of BDS projects, Rapid Market Appraisal, User Led Innovation, IGAs training for vulnerable groups, , Value Chain Development, Export Training, Facilitating Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction, Customer Care and Communications.

He is an experienced trainer, marketer, facilitator, career counselor and networker. Enoth has been invited to train BDS facilitators in Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, and USA and in many regions in Uganda. He has developed particular expertise in Sub Sector Analysis and Value Chain Development for many organizations in Uganda with a focus on providing Marketing services to SMEs.

These marketing studies provide needs assessment for new and existing SMEs, establishing market linkages by arranging buyer and seller meetings and contacts. He has undertaken several economic Sub Sector studies by identifying prevailing constraints and opportunities to their growth and has devised appropriate intervention strategies and conducted training for organizations implementing micro-enterprise promotion programs to enhance the effectiveness of their implementation efforts. The goal of his interventions is to create markets for low-income, less-privileged or marginalized entrepreneurs.

Enoth holds a BA in Social Works and Social Administration (Upper class) and various certificates and diplomas in Business Development Services Market Development. He is currently pursuing Master of Science in Entrepreneurship at Makerere University Business School.

Paul Kabagambe is the head of Information systems and is responsible for designing strategies to address information system needs and developing technological solutions that ensure business value to the company.

Paul has over 7 yearsí experience in design and development of computer and Information Systems and has been at the forefront of developing among others a market information system in Uganda (Infotrade).

Paul has a wealth of experience in design of information systems and has built a niche in business/systems analysis of new solutions that FIT Uganda has developed over the years. He has acquired considerable professional skills through training and workshops in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems Management from Uganda Management Institute and an Honors Degree in Library & Information Science from Makerere University. Paul also has certificate in Geographical Information Systems from Makerere University and has undertaken certifications in CCNA (qualified) and completed Certification in Information Systems Audit -CISA (passed)

Sharon Namutebi Mukasa is a qualified Finance/Accounts practioner with a Second Class Upper honors degree from Nkumba University. She has a total of over 1 years successful work experience having done internship for three months and worked with FIT Uganda Limited.

She has got solid understanding and experience in working with and developing Accounts, Banking and Insurance basics plus experience in Trainings as she carried out a good number of Trainings with FIT Uganda. Her career has been largely involved in and out of office that is mainly work with Accounts department where she is charged with the responsibilities of, managing petty cash of the company, Invoicing FIT Uganda and Info point Uganda clients, Handling the debt collection process for all the debtors, Preparing salaries and wages for payment for all FIT staff and Agricultural Market Information Advisors (AMIAS) & Infopoint, Prepare and make payments to all FIT creditors and service providers, File and maintain all accounts files and updated all the files monthly.

Ms Catherine Nakibombo Mugalu has got a second class honors bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School (MUBS).

She has over two years experience having worked with in accounts and as a credit officer. Her career has been largely involved in office management, managing human resources including staff supervision, Co-ordinating business continuity across the Fit office ensuring safety, efficiency and functionality of office equipment and assets, Screening and interviewing new staff, Organise and undertake staff appraisal on a regular basis, Assist in discipline and set targets for staff, Co-ordinating information flow within the FIT Uganda office and project management among others.

She is currently the Executive Administrator and Human Resource Advisor.

Ms. Patricia Kyosiimire is a qualified population Scientist with a second class honors degree from Makerere University, Kampala. Since graduation she has worked with FIT Uganda as the ICT Applications Executive-AGMIS a field that has exposed her to many fields where she contributed to the provision of Agricultural Market Information to the general public through INFOTRADE a brand name Owned by FIT Uganda LTD and managed all administrative duties for Agricultural Market Information Advisors(AMIAs) among other duties.

She is currently working as the Training Coordinator for FIT Uganda limited where she is manned with a duty of making sure that the training activities well programmed and scheduled and are able to generate income for the company.

She previously worked with different governmental Organizations while pursuing her bachelorsí degree as per the University arrangement which helped her develop expertise in different fields.

Robert Museveni is a qualified agriculturalist with second class (upper) honors degree in Agriculture and Community Development from Bishop Stuart University Mbarara. Since graduation he has worked with an FIT Uganda limited as a Research Assistant charged with the responsibility of data, collection, entry management and analysis.

He has been involved in a number of researches and project works in the field of agriculture and community income and rural community research which has given him much expertise in project and research proposal writings. He has a rich knowledge in, Organic agriculture, NGOs development and initiative, post harvest handling and value addition.

He previously worked with Governmental Organizations while pursuing his Bachelorsí Degree as an intern which helped him to develop expertise in research development.

Jacob Olanya is qualified Information Technology personnel and holds a bachelorís degree in Computer science from Makerere University. He has over 5 years work experience where hands on experience had provided him practical solutions and problem solving techniques, he currently woRks as the ICT Applications Executive at FIT Uganda. He recently published his book on Student Education Loan Systems that could be implemented in Uganda.

He has been involved in and carried out a wide range of training programs with FIT Uganda. His career has been largely involved in the Information Systems area where he is charged with the responsibilities of managing the Applications at FIT Uganda that include SMS; where his responsibilities are : Design and implement monthly SMS work plans, Prepare and present reports on SMS functionality, Liaise with FIT marketing officer to carry out marketing of SMS service, Identify and design work plans for SMS services and products, Ensure SMS clients effect payments on time, Support the innovation and development of the SMS application, Populate the SMS portal with clients, Create customer service profile using bulk broadcast SMS.

Humphrey Mutaasa currently pursuing a Master of Science in Community Economic Development (MSC CED) of Southern Hampshire University USA - Open University of Tanzania Campus, Holds Bachelors of Com (Acc) Hons from Makerere University.

He is the Micro Business Development expert with over a decade of experience in various areas from different Institutions in and out of Uganda including Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda. This ranges from MSME Business development, Manual and Computerized Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Grants management, Business Sustainability, Proposals and business plan writing, Surveys, Analyses, Team Building, E-Commerce and E-business, Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Development Skills Training, Microfinance, and all Office Applications. He speaks 7 (Seven Languages and Proficiency in Kiswahili).

Joining from UNIDO in the United Nations, He is currently the Head of Business Operations at FIT Uganda.

Ms. Maureen Naggayi has got a second class honors(upper) Bachelorís Degree in Arts with a major in Organizational Studies from Makerere University.

Since graduation, she has worked with FIT Uganda as the Administrative officer a field that largely involves office management, coordinating business continuity across the fit office, ensuring safety, efficiency and functionality of office equipment and assets, assist in discipline and targets for staff, coordinating information flow with in the Fit Uganda office and project management, handle all administrative duties for Agricultural Market Information Advisors(AMIAs)among others.

Lukwiya Caroline Fiona holds a Bachelorís Degree in Public Administration and a Post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Gulu University.
Since graduation, she has worked for UNDP under United Nations Department of Security and Safety/UN-Women as office assistance. She worked with Gulu District NGO Forum as a Researcher (Public Expenditure Monitoring in Health and Education facilities). Caroline also worked with World Food Program as a field supervisor and participated in Rapid Food security Assessment, Food for Education baseline survey.

Her key competences are; General management and administration, project planning and management, management of gender-based violence survivors/ victims, peace building and conflict management and team building and team work.
Currently, She is an Administrative Officer at FIT Uganda Limited-Gulu Regional Office.

Bashemera Fiona is a qualified agriculturalist with second class (upper) honors degree in Agribusiness Management from Makerere University. Since graduation she has worked with organizations as a Research Assistant helping in data collection, entry and analysis.
She has also worked as a sales person in Crane Bank and Participated in the Agricultural Trade Show in 2012 as a representative of DEL Farm in Mukono District. Currently working at FIT Uganda as a membership Retention and Development Officer. Charged with the responsibility of coordinating Production Information Advisors (PIAS).

James Barungi holds a Bachelors of Science (Economics with Statistics) and Post Graduate Certifications in Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation from Makerere University.

James has experience working on assignments in the Public and Private sector. His major competencies are in the participatory assessment and monitoring, capacity building and training, data processing, Project Planning, Design and Management, M&E design, Research & investigative skills and Business development. He has offered technical assistance on various donor funded projects in these areas of expertise. He has also been involved in preparation of Expressions of Interest, Proposals and Reports for government and international agencies.
